ENT Direct Laryngoscopy and Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy and Esophageal Biopsy.
In the operating room, a thin tube with a light, camera and telescope is passed directly into the airways and esophagus in order to provide a detailed examination.

*Air leak into area around lungs or in chest cavity
*Injury to airway
*Decreased oxygen level in blood
*Spasm in the airway
*Irregular heart rhythm
*Stomach contents entering lungs
*Infection in lungs
*Esophageal perforation, injury
